Hybrid Meetings
What is a hybrid meeting?
A hybrid club meeting combines both in-person and online attendance.
During the COVID-19 pandemic, Clubs have opted to adopt this meeting format, which allows for members to continue their Toastmasters journey.
Toastmasters International and District 100 adhere to putting all of members' safety and well being first.
We constantly monitor the situation and recommend that all clubs in District 100 follow protocol guidelines as set by city, county, state and federal officials.
How should our club meet?
Our flow chart above is there to assist you with your club meetings going forward.
Important - Clubs must vote with a majority when choosing the future of their meetings. Whether this be: in-person (face-to-face), online or hybrid.
