District 100 is part of Toastmasters International, a non-profit educational organization that teaches communication skills, public speaking and leadership skills through a worldwide network of clubs.

Headquartered in Englewood, Colorado, USA, Toastmasters has served over four million people, and today the membership exceeds 300,000 in more than 15,800 clubs in 149 countries.

Toastmasters was founded by Ralph C. Smedley on October 22, 1924, at the YMCA in Santa Ana, California, to improve the communication skills of the young men under his charge.

Since 1924, Toastmasters International has helped people from diverse backgrounds become more confident speakers, communicators, and leaders.

 

We provide our members with the opportunity to:

Where are we?

Toastmasters International consists of 15,800 clubs in 149 countries, split into 14 Regions, and 124 Districts.

 

District 100 is based in Southern California, USA, and covers the San Gabriel Valley & Mountains, North Orange County and Gateway Cities. We have over 1,000 members and just under 100 clubs.

District 100 is within Region 2, which covers the geographical area of the West Coast of the USA, including California, Hawaii and Nevada. Within our District, we have just under 100 clubs across 6 Divisions: Arroyo Seco (A), Gateway (G), Los Coyotes (L), Portola (P), Rose (R), and San Gabriel Mountains (S).
